How quickly can I get my money? Upon final approval you will receive an email containing the loan contract, privacy agreement and brokers agreement you will be required to sign and return them to us. Upon receipt we will then transfer you your money to your nominated account where it will be available to you within 24 hours. I am a repeat customer, do I need to send through the information again? No, generally our repeat customers need only return the loan contract, privacy agreement and a copy of their bank statement. There is insufficient cash in my account for the next debit. What should I do? If you expect not to have enough cash in your account at least three days before the next drawing day, contact our office on 1300 721 554 and we can reschedule the payment. Please note that there is a $35 fee for all payments that are rescheduled. What other methods can I use to speed up the process once my application has been accepted? You can fax your application along with all necessary documentation such as your photo ID, proof of address and a copy of your bank statement to (02) 4620 5469. Only fax documents to us after we have confirmed that we will be taking your application through the approval process. Why has my application been rejected? There are many reasons why your loan may be rejected, our staff are unable to give specific reasons for this, but wherever possible they will try and get your loan approved.
